Erin’s strategic business growth expertise is built on more than 2 decades of experience in administration, strategic planning, project portfolio management, and business excellence.
She has experience across several industries including insurance, real estate, health care, interior design, early childhood, and e-commerce.
Erin has led multiple large-scale efforts aimed at transforming business planning, prioritization of initiatives, and managing business resources. She has worked on establishing multiple PMOs.
Erin is also an accomplished artist and has spent a lifetime involved in the visual and performing arts. She is passionate about using her creativity and resourcefulness to bring about effective change in businesses.
Summer Grest
Summer’s implementation work has spanned facilitating decisions, workflows, and system build across application teams and with end-user stakeholders. She is a former Epic implementer who has owned implementations across multiple clients.
She has designed, built, and tested upgraded system functionality for numerous specialties including many with complex workflows. Summer is passionate about change management and process improvement and is skilled in building strong relationships and trust.
She has decades of experience demonstrating her skills as a creative problem solver, dynamic facilitator, and attentive leader.
Summer has a diverse background in the arts as an opera singer, musical theater performer, and choral conductor as well as having over a decade of experience studying and teaching mindfulness techniques such as meditation, active listening, and somatic experiencing.
She is a proponent of helping her clients cultivate conscious business practices that support the well-being of the employees as well as the bottom line.
Jenny Persha
Jenny is a creative entrepreneur that has owned small businesses, helped others grow their small businesses, and navigated large corporate and medium start-up cultures.
As a strategic small business growth expert, she enjoys seeing the moment when a person realizes new possibilities for their business. She loves strategizing to help innovate and achieve business growth.
Her love for learning has amassed experiences in marketing, communications, community management, business development, business management, sales, innovation strategy, streamlining operations, product design, and leading change.
Jenny’s curiosity helps her thrive in ambiguous situations. Areas of her past industry expertise are real estate, property management, home inspections, insurance, secular and religious non-profit management, blockchains, Web3, NFTs, and art.
Jenny is based in Madison, WI. In her free time, she creates art, hikes, or is at a concert.
Matt Molloy
Matt specializes in character illustration, gaming design, logo design, marketing materials, and custom apparel. He has been doodling and sketching since he could first pick up a pencil, and it got him into trouble more than once in school.
He believes that art should be accessible, creative, and fun. Matt is committed to collaborating to create something unique for each project and to produce work that stands out in the industry.
His creative side is influenced by the culture of his childhood. He is nostalgic about Saturday morning cartoons, Star Wars, Masters of the Universe, Garbage Pail Kids, WWF, and video games. He grew up in Iowa and is currently living in Dane County, Wisconsin. Matt loves the creative process in any form, whether that is art, food, or technology.
As a 20-year veteran of the custom apparel industry and a freelance illustrator for the last 15 years, he has a wealth of experience. He has helped companies of all sizes bring their branding to life with unique visions.
Katie WorthMan
Katie Worthman is currently a student at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee studying psychology and business. Katie provides admin support to the team. She also works as a caregiver and server part-time.
She enjoys learning about psychology and is passionate about mental health awareness. She has plans to do industrial/organizational psychology or forensic psychology after college.
